Crafted from a hybrid bean known as Trinitario cacao (the love child of the Criollo and Forastero varieties), our cacao is organically farmed by our cacao whānau in Papua New Guinea and lovingly prepared right here in Aotearoa, New Zealand.

Essential minerals:
Iron, magnesium, zinc, copper, chromium, potassium, manganese, calcium, selenium.

Antioxidants:
Catechin, epicatechin, quercetin and kaempferol.

Epicatechin, Catechin, Quercetin and Kaempferol:
Epicatechin and catechin are specific types of flavanols known for their antioxidant activity and potential benefits for brain health and cognition.
